I can text and receive calls from friends but I can not call out from my phone. Please help fixing it. Thanks.

Your old SIM should still work. The agent will complete the porting or reset the provisional issue with the SIM.

It sounds like you just ported your old number over to PM and reply with YES to the text confirming you are porting over to PM. You have 90 minutes to reply or porting is not completed.

Just DM a CS_Agent by clicking on your avatar top right then Messages or create a ticket on Chatbot.

if you have the $15 plan...you have unlimited texts and incoming calls BUT you only have 100 mins outgoing calls. Maybe you run outta minutes...time to upgrade to better plan. All the other plans have unlimited incoming AND outgoing domestic calls while you're in Canada.

Which plan are you on? Did you possibly run out of minutes? Sign into your account to check what it says. If there are minutes still available,  click on the chatbot at the bottom right to submit a ticket.

When did you activate or port into Public Mobile? I had to restart my phone to get my data to work, it might be just one of those "have you try restarting it?" kind of situation.
