Changing Subscription issue

I currently have the $15 with 3G speen subscription and I want to change it. I tried using the website and the account, but whenever I tried to change my susbription, my only options are ones with 3G speed.

Too bad, I really need a larger data. I tried sending private message to their CS_agent and just waiting for the reply. Thank you for helping.

@Red_levi0  I believe so yes that’s the new text offer some lucky customers are receiving. Just need to reply YES to except it and it will change on your renewal date . And won’t ever expire and won’t affect your rewards . Congratulations

@Red_levi0 , a little off topic, by chance did you receive a special plan offer from short code 5213?  If you are lucky enough to receive an offer you can do a special plan upgrade to a really good unadvertised deal.  

@Red_levi0  You can get support to change you to the plan you want . Typically they can only do immediate plan changes but maybe they can make an exception to change yours for next renewal seeing as it won’t display on your account

I tried using different browser, incogito, and also tried using other devices but there's no changes.

@Red_levi0  Try again with a different browser try incognito private mode of from another device also check the app out and see if it makes a difference . Also be sure to tap the “ALL” option on plans page
