I am currenlty on a 90 day plan and would like to move to the $40/4.5GB monthly plan. My renewal date is in Sept. If I made the change today when does the new plan begin? Is it immediately?

Hi @Monty2016,

 

When you go under your account, and you click change plans, you will see the options of all available plans.  Once you select the 40$ for 4.5gb, at the bottom of the page you will have two options: you can either 1) change plans immediately (which will require you to add sufficient funds to your account) or 2) change upon next renewal date. 


Your best bet is to change upon your next renewal date so that you don't lose money and a whole month under your current plan.  By "future-dating" this plan change, you will get this promo deal even if the deal expires before.
