Not receiving calls

Hi:

   I have the Unlimited talk to Canada/US, with internations texting and 1.5 GB of data for 90 days. For about 2 weeks now, I dont receive calls. I dont know if I have changed any settings on my phone. Can you assist with troubleshooting?

Hi,

 

Your number might not have been properly ported from your previous provider so you may be able to make calls but not receive them.

 

To solve this you need to email the @CS_Agent and provide them with your phone number. They will be able to port your phone properly and have you receiving calls again.

Hi @mahadeotahal,

 

What kind of phone do you have?  Does it show that you have service at the top of your screen?  Are you able to send/receive texts and use data?
