Is it possible to change the plan during the monthly billing cycle, or do I have to wait until the billing cycle ends for the new plan to come into effect? The cycle just started for me and am looking to change it if I can.

- You can change your plan immediately but you would lose any unused minutes, texts, or data. It is recommended to change on next renewal date.

@arube402 You're asking about mid-cycle so did you run out of data or calling minutes? That's the only reason for a mid-cycle change. You could buy a data or talk add-on instead. That might be cheaper if running out is only one-time.

It's likely you'd be better off setting up this change to occur on the next renewal, @arube402
Can you advise:
- what plan you're on,
- which plan you wish to move to,
- when is your next renewal date, and,
- what additional services you're needing
With this information, we can best advise whether an immediate vs next renewal (with add-ons now) is a better use of your money.

You can change plans in self service. It is best to choose Change on next renewal date since you are at the start of your cycle.

Yes, you can change anytime. You will just not be credited (means, you will have to pay fully for new plan)for the remaining time on your existing plan. Just go to 'change plan' and select change now option.
