You will need to make a new eSIM subscription on the new phone you want to change.
PM is an online self service so you need to login to your account and to make your new subscription.
If you have no service on your current phone. Did you keep up with monthly payment? You can the status of your account by dialling 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC.
Are you on AutoPay or manually paying monthly payment? Keep in mind that PM is on a 30 days cycle and not a monthly cycle.

If you are a new signup and you’re having issues adding the eSIM to your device, double check your welcome email that should contain the QR code to add the eSIM to your phone manually.
If you havent received a welcome email or QR code you will have to get support to reissue it for you.

Keep an eye on your mailbox here as that is where your reply will come in (envelope icon on desktop, click your avatar icon in the corner and then click messages if on mobile)
If you are an existing subscriber looking to change to eSIM you must download the app on your intended device, then go to subscription and add-on’s and scroll down to “Shop SIM card now”. It costs $5 and is one time use so if you ever accidentally delete the eSIM or want to transfer it from one device to another you will have to repeat this process and purchase another eSIM. It’s the biggest downside between physical SIM cards and eSIM.
