I can't access any data on my phone these last few days. I've restarted it... my account and data usage are all in good standing. What might be the problem? I live in Whitehorse, Yukon and it doesn't sound like there are any outages here right now.

Just reset the Cellular Network on your phone. It should fix the data issue.

Log onto self-serve and tap the little refresher icons to ensure you're viewing an up-to-date version of the data buckets.

Then try rebooting device and resetting network connections.

If possible, also perhaps try the SIM card (if physical, not e-SIM) in another device to see if data functions.   This could be a device setting which needs amending or adjusting.

@sarahthecrane is that an Android? check if the have enabled the data limiter.
