My credit card has been re-issued and I am trying to update the new credit card information. I went to "Manage Auto Pay" but the option to change my credit card/add credit card/remove credit card etc. does not appear. I've searched this forum and the only advice I can find is to visit the "Manage Auto Pay' tab.

I'm not a modertor, I'm just another customer who had an issue changing my cc information. What did work for me was changing my browser from chrome to safari. This seems to be a common issue so hopefully that works for you too.

@Khemeon In this situation, you need to contact the Moderator to do so. You can click on the Envelop icon and send to "Moderator_Team" and put down your problem. They will be replied within 2 days.

Go in
Payment --- Make a Payment --- One Time Payment --- you can see the orange (Manage credit or Visa Debit card) ,Now change and upgrade your credit card information.

Hi,
If you click on the "Manage AutoPay" tab you will see another link to remove autopay. Then go from there.
Also you can click the tab "Make a Payment" next to "Available Funds" and then "Manage Credit Card or Visa Debirtt Card".
Remove the the card and then add the card with the new criteria. Do not try to update the information, this tends to lead to problems.

Thank you but I am on a computer and I did try refreshing and logging out then in and even restarting my computer. I was able to get the rest of the screen to appear but now I am repeatedly getting a message that my card information can't be saved (can't recall the exact wording) or that the transaction cannot be completed.
So far, this has not been a user-friendly experience and something I'm going to be giving a lot of considertion to.

No worries on the big message. The problem I'm having is that those options are not appearing on the screen for me.
