Changed plan a while ago need to be activated immediately please

@GSM0987    How did you change plans?  Did you select Change Now or Change at Next Renewal?  First option should change your plan immediately but the second option will schedule the change for your next payment date.

 

If you chose the Change Now, then log out and try rebooting your phone.

 

Edit:  @GSM0987   If you inadvertently chose the second option but need an immediate plan change, then simply go back and select Plan Details under Account Status and you cancel the scheduled plan change and then go back to plan change page and selection Change Now.

Should be working as soon as you buy the new plan.

Try restarting phone.
