I've changed my email since I last logged into my account. How can I get into my account now.

did you submit a ticket with PM agent and ask them to change to another email you have access?

Ok I went through all of that and they need to sent a code to verify account. We can do that because the phone is out of funds and it wont let the call to go through to add funds.

just submit ticket with agent and they will help to change to a working email 

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

I no longer have access to that email

Do you still have access to your old email? If not, maybe try your old email with your password. Or do you mean you updated it on public mobile?
