I changed my plan from the 45 to 36 On September 16. And it was taken out of my account instantly But not changed on my account.

it is just browser or app cache
login My Account again using browser with Incognito mode and you will see the correct plan there

@Christine2016 try login in using incognito/private mode and clearing cache. Check your “my subscription” then to see if it’s updated to the new plan.
