Can anyone please tell me why I am being charged $ 33.08, including GST, when I changed my subscription to $30.00 plus GST? Your help will be appreciated.
@GBC51 Taking a stab and assuming you are in NS. As of April 1, Nova Scotia’s tax changed from 15% to 14% which would make a $30 plan equate to $33.06. Hope this helps. 😉
@GBC51 , check your self serve account to make sure that you are on the right plan. Also check the payments to confirm the charges line up. Note that taxes are assessed based on phone number area code.
