Hi, added global text to my plan but hit the wrong tab adding $120 from my credit card to top-up my account. Selecting the correct tab to add the text to my plan, cancelled my old plan (only 20 days out of 90 days used) and setup my new plan using funds from my top-up account. How do I get my unused 70 days from my original plan refunded or transferred to my top-up?

You need to send the moderators a private message explaining what happened. hopefully they will credit you. Any plan change will forgo your current plan unless you futuredate a plan
