Previously, I can login by using my name but now public mobile requires to use email. How can I change my user login?

could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if same, then please submit a ticket with CS Agent by direct message:

Now, my 2nd account is locked. Is there anybody in Public Mobile IT Department who can fix my problem. I couldn't login and it is locked for 2 weeks already.

yes, you can change username, just not by yourself
you can ask PM to help to change username. Give them a valid reason. For example, your username now is your name and you don't want it showing to everyone, then PM will help
So, open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

You can not change your user name here on the forums. If you're having issues logging in and need to change your email address to log in, then please click on the bottom right corner chatbot to create a ticket. Type Customer Service then follow the prompts.
