I am on the $15 3G plan and I want the $24 for 4GB plan. I am offering to pay more than I do now so please allow me to get this promo plan.

Ask Customer Service you want to upgrade your plan nicely. If they respond positively, they will contact you in your community email account, check your email frequently. Once they offer you the upgrade, tell them to upgrade immediately to lock in the new plan. Your legacy discounts if you have them will remain so no need to touch them. Good luck
