I wanted to change my subscription online, i clicked on change now and then i added my voucher number and I took the amount out from my previous subscription. how do I go to change that to be able to get the subscription i wanted and not my old subscription. I have been trying to summit a ticket but it is not working it is continuously giving me an error.

maybe just browser cache problem and you are not see the correct info, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
if same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here, pretty sure agent can help to change it back
