@Dorahafuntoosh before changing plans, make sure you top up your account in the amount of the plan you would like to change too. otherwise the process will likely fail.

@Dorahafuntoosh hi all you need to do is go into your self serve and change plan in there remember if you change now you will lose remainder of what you paid for the plan you are on now it is recommended you chance at renewal

You can go into self service and do that. If you choose change plan now, you will not receive any credits for any unused portion of your current plan.
