I try to change my plan 

When type my SIM number  is showing incorrect number.

hi @Simon31 

i think you are at the wrong place to change plan.  You probably at the page for activating new account

to change plan, you should simply login to your My Account and check Change Subscription page there

@Simon31  You shouldn’t need to type in SIM card number to change plans just log into your account  and hit “change plan “ we can only change to the plans that are available to us in our accounts despite what we see on the website . But if your just activating for the first time you need to use the app not website and it’s best to use the camera icon to input the sim number for you and of course it needs to be a new never been used before SIM card . If you just got the SIM card because you pre ordered it and selected a plan then you will need support to  help if you desire different plan then you originally signed up for

Changing plans has nothing to do with your SIM card. Just pick a plan you want that's available to you and make sure you choose it to change on renewal date so you don't lose money.
