So I’m still on 3 g. I guess I should change to 4g. Is it hard to do and do I need new SIM card ? I did try to search community but thought I would just ask

Just remember that a '3G' plan just refers to the speed limit applied. All plans can access all networks 3G, 4G, 5G. No need to change unless you want a faster speed limit. As far as I know, all Public SIMs work for all plans.

when you decide to change to a new plan, you'll be given an option to Change Now or Change on Renewal. Most folks opt for the Change on Renewal so they won't be billed for the new plan until next regular plan renewal date.

This makes it so that the plan change gets pre-scheduled to change at a later time so that no money is lost from the existing plan that would be abandoned if an immediate plan change would occur.

hi @Bruins77
no change to sim card, you can use your existing one
just make sure you make change using Change on Renewal option
