Change plan

Hi there i am trying yo change my subscription  plan and it is not working.  Need assistance.

I just went and bought a voucher. Luckily i live not far from a gas station which sells them.

with Public Mobile, it's easy to upgrade your plan to a more expensive plan...but very few options to downgrade plan. If you don't mind losing your existing phone number, you could just deactivate your current plan. Then buy a new sim to start a new account with a new number and you can select any plan currently offered.

If you do NOT see new plan on your account then it is not available to you but only to new subscribers.

Otherwise, use app or clean browser (clean cache, use incognito mode, use computer).
