Just remember whenever you make any kind of change in your account to use this method to avoid error messages:
- Clear your browser/close all tabs.
- Reboot your device if it's been awhile.
- Open one tab only using incognito/secret mode.
- Firefox, chrome or safari work best.
When entering your card details:
- Do not use the apt/unit box.
- Add a suite # to your street address ie. 101-123 1st AVE E CITY PROV.
- Do not put a space in the postal code. X0X0X0 not X0X 0X0.
- If there is a space in the postal code on your billing statement then drop the last digit from your postal code. X0X 0X.
- USE ALL CAPS if necessary.

Go to selfserve.publicmobile.ca and login to your account. Click on the payment option and go to the manage credit card and manage autopay pages.
