Change my Address

I can't change my address. The system keeps sending error. No number to call. No helpdesk to chat. So frustrated!

Are you using the PM app to enter your address?

Go to the Account tab>Manage Login (Manage by Eversafe) click on right arrow then change.

Even though it’s a requirement, the address is not vital . In my case the system wouldn’t accept my home address so I was forced to use a relatives address that was accepted. So no worries no need to go through the hassle of contacting CS etc etc. as long as your plan works fine.

is your address a new address on Canada Post or Google Map?  I think the system use Google map and it is trouble for new addresses

But support agent can help to enter the address for you.   please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
