I need to change my email address for my log in on my public mobile account! Is there anyway I can do this?

What's the mystery "14" footnote on the new $18 plan?
I wish I had a screenshot if the original terms of service when I scheduled the change to the new $15 plan. I only noticed now that the footnote "3" allows Public Mobile to change or cancel this plan at anytime without notice ( bar the 30 days in the general ToS). Shame on me.

Just make sure that you change your new email address to one that you never used here at Public before. Just so you know.

Follow this to get to open the proper type of ticket on chatbot
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
first type: Change username
then Click " Forgot Self-Serve Email"
next Click "Contact Us"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
