My account has become in active and I want to set it up again but it send a verification code to my email and I can not access my email. How do I change my email?

Please use the the chatbot at https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html to open a ticket. Once you've open the chatbot, type in "change self serve e-mail address".
