hi, i have a public mobile account that i did not register online. i need to cancel as they keep billing me by auto pay.

Just log-in to your account and disable auto payments - Your account log in is most likely the email you used on this Community account. Good luck.

@kenniecaroline If you don’t want the account no more and dont wish to port the number out , you can certainly get k touch with support to help as @pmbc Suggested or you can pause your credit card day before next renewal so that it won’t be charged agin . At that point the account will be suspended for 90 days before it’s closed out for good , and if at that time you decide you want to keep it you just have to make payment again before 90 days passes by

@kenniecaroline Was this done through a retailer? If so and you don't have account info I think you'll need to contact the customer service agent.
You can contact an agent using the chatbot. Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.
If for some reason they don't respond to the ticket, you can try to send an email directly to the CS Agent here.
