Hi,
I'm trying to change my civic address (I'm moving)...I found where I can change it but there are no proper address fields...only one generic field that indicates my current address (province code + postcode). I saw in the community some threads where people kind of complained about that and there was mention of browser compatibility to get the all the address fields...I tried with mobile app, chrome on PC, Edge on PC...no luck 😞
How can I change my civic address???

Truth be told @Westbuck I would not worry about it. Address here really don't have any meaning as they never mail anything to you ever. Plus, everything is linked to your email address and area code (for tax purposes).

PM is a prepaid carrier, they don't really care the address
So, they removed the address field and you no longer need to update it.
Only that if your credit card has changed address and updated the postal code, then login My Account, Payment, Manage Subscription and click Manage Payment Method to update postal code
