I had registered with auto payment and I lost my debit card . Since I was on holiday overseas, I forgot to update my new card in My account before my subscription payment due date and now that is one month over due, I log into my account to update payment with a new card but it does not allow me to enter the new card. Please help me to update a new card number for auto payment.

@Mylan You might need to first clear cache and cookies using new webbroswer window and try again , I find using the public mobile app works best can even delete the app and re install it and when you open it back up for first time allow location services on from with in the app and try again it should work . Also note you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 from your phone to make payment and resume services right away . What error message you get when you try to do that?
If everything fails open a ticket through chatbot and agent will assist you promptly!
