Change a payment

I need to add a payment on my account it won’t take my credit card

The Neo card I had on there does not work anymore

And I can’t get a hold of anybody in Support before they shut my phone off

I’m honestly thinking this is not worth the money savings to deal with this kind of hassle every month

 can someone please help Me to get my card on the account so my phone isn’t shut off. This is my lifeline

I’m actually looking into a different company. It’s called freedom

Because the support here nothing’s working and I need my phone to be working and I’ve been setting up things to pay it. I’ve been paying it, but I can’t help it if they will not accept a credit card that works and it has enough money on it to pay it

honestly to save the money is nice but when you’re being threatened with your phone being cut off because they can’t accept a payment and I can’t get a payment on there

and I can’t get support to help me no amount of money. Savings in the world is worth that

if you try www.muskbird.com, you’ll be able to fund your Public Mobile account in minutes.. right from the comfort of home. They do charge a small user fee but they’re the least expensive of them all… and lots of PM’ers have ised them succssefully.

Canada Tire and No Thrills also carry the Public Mobile payment vouchers. Alternatively….on line vouchers from muskbird.com work too.

I will have to see if I can get it somewhere else cause I don’t have a shoppers drug Mart here. Can you get that voucher anywhere

And I tried to get onto manage subscriptions, and all that that you described and I’m just not able to do anything

Then I’ve reached out to supposedly support and that’s come no fruition either

login My Account, go to Payment -> Manage Subscription -> Manage Payment Method and update there

if you cannot login or have trouble updating it, buy a voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart and load the voucher using *611
