Change Subscription

Hello. I would like to change my subscription but cannot seem to find the lower-tier plans. Can you please resolve this system issue? Otherwise, I might have to close my account if the lower-tier plans are not available to subscribers anymore. Thank you.

Hello. Thanks for this info. However, I only see subscriptions from CAD 39 per month and above. I might need to close my account then.

as existing subscribers, you can only choose plans available on your My Account.  Downgrade is possible but you will have less choices as there are more plans reserved for new activation only

choose the cheapest you can get first, and wait another month and you could see cheaper plans.  But generally, you won't see plans less than $29
