Change Subscription Plans

Hi The Community,

I want to change my subscription plan. Currently, I am using C$30 (monthly) package: 15GB of Canada-wide data at 4G speed up to 100 Mbps, Unlimited Canada-wide minutes and messaging plus unlimited international text and picture messaging, Earn $0.60/mo. in Public Points, Call Display, Voicemail, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding & Conference Calling. 

As I do not use more than 2GB of data monthly, I want to convert my plan to C$25 (monthly): 4G Speed with 4GB Data, Unlimited Talk & Text, $0.50/mo. in Public Points. But I do not see this subscription option (C$25) in the "Change Subscription" of my account. However, all other options are available.

Could you please help me how can I change my current subscription from C$30 to C$25?

You would have to temporarily port out of your plan to a different carrier and then later rejoin PM to subscribe to some of the plans advertised on the PM website. Additionally PM might email you a better “win back” offer after you have left that is not advertised anywhere to help lure you back.

we can no longer change to any plan you like.  You can only change to plans you see on Change Subscription page on My Account.  If it is not there, you cannot change to it.
