Trying to change my plan and the pages aren't working.  I"m getting an "oops, somethings not working" message.  I went through SIMon and followed all instructions.  I get to the page that the plans are supposed to be listed and they aren't.  My account is active.

Try opening a TAB in incognito mode. This method can help with finicky websites.

 

  1. Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.
  2. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.

 @Ryder : Yup. Me too. Sometimes it just gets into a mood. If the "Payment due before" is tomorrow then you have until 11:59pm ET tonight to schedule the change. So try again in a while.

@Ryder   It is working for me.. except I didn't make the plan change in the end

 

Did the page load at all? or you got error out when you click Change Now or Change in the next cycle?

i suggest you can try it for a different Browser
and clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and use a Browser from your computer,

use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and Restart your computer, is will help.

 

and if you use a home internet please do one thing take it your power internet for about a minute and put it back,

 

and also i suggest you can try Logout and after 2 minutes log in to do it you know

 

very important to do it Reboot your phone.

what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone about 2 minutes and turn it back on.

Try using a different browser.  Also try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot.

 

Also it is recommended to make change on next renewal so you don't lose any unused minutes, texts, or data.
