If it's prepaid Koodo you'll need to send a message to moderators via SIMon here: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
Type in 'rep, then 'contact us', then 'submit ticket' and follow the rest of the prompts to complete.
If it's postpaid Koodo, then you will be able to port in your number yourself by logging into your account and selecting 'change my number' on the right hand side of the overview page, and then select option 'transfer number' and follow the prompts.
