Change Phone Number Help

I just switched to Public Mobile. I registered and changed the phone number to my old Virgin phone number.

I can call out and it works with the new number, but if someone tries to call me it goes to Virgin Mobile saying it goes straight to voicemail.

Help. I need to cancel my Virgin account tomorrow.

@momof4 did you get a text message that the port completed?  It can take a few hours.
