I want to change the email address and log in info associated with my account. How do I do this?

For email used on My Account, only the Mod can change it for you. Please submit a ticket with mod
(After you open a ticket with mod, please monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right. Mod will communicate with you via messaging within Community)
1. For faster response (2 to 48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right corner and request moderator assistance, or you can also use this direct link instead https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click on "Contact Us", click on "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket" then Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.

Hello @VicServs ,
Please follow @softech advice on how to change the email associated with your self-serve account. That email address is also your username for login purposes on your self serve account.
To ensure that any Community account rewards which may apply are linked, make sure to change the email address associated with the community account as well. This can be done by clicking your Avatar, going to My Settings, and then updating your email address there.

@VicServs For changing email/login name on Self-Serve , you will need to open a ticket with Mod
1. For faster response (2 to 48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right corner and request moderator assistance, or you can also use this direct link instead https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot , then type "Submit a ticket", select Account-specific issue, then select I need a human now. Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.
