Change Email account

How do I change my email address used to access my public mobile account.
I want to sign over my son’s account to him with his personal email.

How do I do this.

In order to get a CSA to change the self serve account email you will be asked to answer 3 out 4 further verification questions about the account and payment details that are not readily available for view in the account but they are info that as the account holder would know or have access to so that you can answer the CSA's questions correctly. Contact customer support and put "change self serve email" in the subject line and leave a detailed message.

 

Keep an eye on the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen next to your avatar for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times but expect a reply within an hour.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

@Kevincona   You cannot change the email address used on My Account.  To make sure a change  you will have to open a ticket with PM Support

(After you made the change, make sure the email address used on Community is the same as the one used on My Account, they have to match up for PM to give Community rewards.  It is easier to change the Community email address, you can do it yourself by going to My settings in the Community)

 

To open ticket with PM, use one of the 2 ways below :


1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there
