How long ago did you order the phone? If it's already shipped then you will have to do a return within the 30 day hassle free return policy. Or you can refuse acceptance of the shipment which will automatically return the phone and trigger a refund.

you can try to open ticket with PM support and work with them on cancelling the order. Worst case, you receive the phone and still have 30 days to send back for full refund
