but you have not told us your device model and location for us to help more

But if you want PM support agent to help, you can go directly by submit ticket

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

try reb0ot phone, Reset Network Settings .  Try sim on another phone
