Cellular network issue

Consistently getting the following message

“could not activate cellular data network”

“turn on cellular data or use Wi-Fi to access data”

First data will work for 5-7 minutes then whatever app I’m using will stop responding (due to no cellular service) then I will get the messages

I have checked apn settings

i have reset network settings

I guess the PM esim is set as Primary?

Change the network selection from Automatic to Manual and pick Public Mobile manually

Try the network modes 5G On, 4G and even 3G and see if anyone of those more stable 

if nothing works, then please open ticket with PM support, they can reprovision that account and could help

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Public mobile is the only eSIM installed and is turned on

are you on the latest iOS? if not, please update

and make sure Carrier Profile is updated:

  • Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
  • Tap Settings > General > About.
  • Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update.

And check your Settings > Cellular screen.  For the Publilc Mobile sim , make sure it is set as Primary, and Turn on this Line is enabled
