Caught up in Activation

After a long 5 days I finally received my SIM card.   Went ahead with the activation and ported my number from Freedom.   ANswered all the prompts and deleted my freedom esim.   I have service (ish).   I can make a phone call, can not receive a phone call or text.    Go it a cryptic message from Public that says “we’re having trouble transferring your number.  SOmeone will be in contact or use the virtual assistant.   HTTPS://publicmobile.ca.Ada.support/chat which give a security certificate fault.   Now Im really stuck.   There is no way for me to log in to the app because it cant send me the auth code to my text.   I have no inbound calls.  ANd I cant find a support number to call.

A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins.  If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls, wok  then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
