I cannot update my payment information, and my card has expired, and now my phone won't work
I try to submit a ticket, but when it asks for my SIM number, I need to type 'N/A' because I use an eSIM. However, the field that requires me to type 'N/A' only accepts numbers in the text field.
Therefore, I am unable to submit a ticket and contact support. I'm just stuck talking to a robot that can't help me
My card isn't the issue because I can use it elsewhere.
It keeps saying to try again, but it isn't working
And now I can't use my phone.

@Yohanz Best to use the app not website, if you have tried the app try uninstalling it and re install it and when you log in allow location services on within the app itself , also you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 to resume services right away and worry about updating CC later

Get to 7/11 and buy enough Public Mobile payment voucers to cover you plan renewal; then dial 611 to add them to your account and Resume service.
deal with payment card issue at your leisure.
