Cant update credit card information/ Payment method

Hello, I am struggling in updating my credit card information, every time I try to update it, I just get this message "Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later." , can anyone please help me understand how to fix this problem.

Sorry, but there isn't a phone number for that.  All support is provided online.

@Saafan  Lots of folks have issues with this lately . You might wanna wait 24 hours before trying again and try on computer . If on phone try incognito / private mode or try the app instead . But if in a hurry you can always  buy payment vouchers and load them *611 .If still no luck please submit ticket with support to help
