Cant sign in

Would like to make a payment on my account but wont allow me to sign in. I use the same email and password for everything.. Tried to reset password and told me im locked out. @CS_Agent

@Nagelsheyanne27, unfortunately the password reset feature doesn't work.  Tagging the moderators as you did might work, but your best bet is to send them a private message.
