Hi, im setting up a new subscription with you guys and anytime i try to finish the steps it gets stuck at the page where it sends me a code to confirm its me. The issue is, i dont have a phone number, I am trying to set one up with PUBLIC MOBILE for the first time.
Its after this page:
We've noticed you already have a public mobile service and would like to confirm your full access. A 6 -digit code associated with your ever safe ID will be sent to your phone number. We will need you to confirm this number.

I hope you download the PM app on your phone and not on your brother’s phone on his account.
If you did, you need the assistance of a CS_Agent to straighten it out for you.
