Cant make any phone calls

I just changed my plan to calling anywhere within the province. But everytime I make a local phone call it says its long distance. Can anyone please fix this asap thanks. And when I check my voice mail it says I dont have an activate plan. I have rebooted etc. Typical stuff. Isnt working. And the money has been taking out of my account already. I see it in the online bill history for this specific plan. Account says active under my account.

@4162585674, if you are on the $10 plan for 50/50 calling and SMS/MMS, you can add minutes by purchasing the $8 or $15 long distance add-ons.

@4162585674 what plan do you have? If the 50 minute one did you run out of minutes?

 

Can you provide a screenshot of ogmcedview page? (Remove personal details)

 

Is your plan active?

Haven't  been able to make ANY calls for two weeks .I have a 'real' low cost plan, I wonder if this is intended to get me so sign up for a higher cost plan?

I am sure that if we knew about this in advance we wouldn't even bother looking to your post. Congratulations that says a lot about you. Either way I won't call you names because I think that our community is way more civilized then this.

@pugger, I suggest you try being a little more grateful.  We are here to help, not to annoy.  If you didn't need assistance, you would not have posted here.

The community is here to help you, sometimes with a solution before the moderators get involved.

 

Not all calls in your province are local calls, HOWEVER Public Mobile includes all calls in the province at no extra cost.

 

furthurmore, dialling '+1' before the 10 digit number does help Alicante the 'this call maybe a long distance call'.

This wasnt the solution to press "1" but to stop these dumb replies i accepted it as solution so it stops. I had an admin fix my account.

@pugger, is the recorded message saying long distance *may* apply, or that the call is long distance?

 

What happens if you dial +1 before the number?

In the link that @will13am the hours are mentionned there, but just like it was mentionned send them a Private Mail it's faster. 

This could sound really weird but did you try adding 1 at the phone number you are calling, it could be something you might do while waiting for mods response.

@pugger, are you saying  your account says you don't have a calling feature?  If that is the case, then you need to engage a moderator to intervene.  Please send them a private message.  This knowlege base thread provides the details for how to contact a moderator.
