Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I try to log in with my registered email and password and it will not log me in.  I have changed my password and it still will not let me into my account

HI @Dee1973   try to request Reset Password once. After password is changed, use another browser or Incognito mode to login

 

 

if doesn't work, then you will have to open ticket with PM CS agent  at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:


First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent


If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies and closing the browser.  Restart the browser and make another attempt.
