Cant connect to phone network and cant make a phone call, what should I do ?

can't make a call, is this a general problem people are having? I am in montreal and this started around 22:00 eastern time. Please feedback or tell me how to fix my problem. Thx

Hello Antoje,

Unless you changed one or more settings on your phone at approximately 22:00 hours ET, I would regard the lack of service as a temporary outage.

In the interim, turn your phone's power off. Remove the battery and inspect it for leaks and bulges. If none is present, reinsert the battery, ensuring that it is firmly in place. Turn the phone's power back on.

You may find that turning the power off and on will correct the problem.
