Cant access account after hanging on payment screen.

Hello. I was trying to setup my wifes phone. On setting up her account the payment screen hung. When I put the sim in the number I chose shows up. However I cant log back into the account and her email address cannot be verified. When I try to make a call it says talk is not inlcuded. Tried recoving password by email but it wont recognise her email. What shouls I do now? Thanks

you need to send a private message to moderator_team.  include the sim number of your.  

did you port if so does your old sim still work? if yes use that until the account is activated.  If this is the case also send moderator_team your posting info old account number, and old account name and tel number.
