Hi can someone please help me to check on my voucher. I just bought a voucher today and I entered it into my account. It showed successful message and then when I want to pay, all voucher disappeared. Please help me process my payment with voucher.

If you did it online and don't see it, you may need to clear your browser cache and restart your browser. Another option is to look on the phone app. Open the app and click on Payment tab at the bottom. It will show what's available in your account.

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
If same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

and you can also confirm if the voucher is there by calling*611 from your phone and check how much Available Funds in the account
