Cannot use eSIM number

I tried to use the new eSim on my phone, but it’s not working!!! Help please!!!!

hi @Wenzgh 

how you setup the new esim? is that a new activation? or just an existing activation but you put esim on another phone?

Go to Settings-> Cellular or sim manager and make sure the Public Mobile esim is there and enabled (or Turn on this line option is enabled) and set as Primary. (Also, make sure no other sim is showing up there.  If you have old esim, disable it.  If you have another physical sim, remove it.  Then reboot)

Then Reset Network Settings.

@Wenzgh  In your phone settings ,  sim manger ensure you have PM eSIM enabled/set to primary , if iPhone make sure you toggle on “turn on this line “ and rest network settings . And disable or remove old sim if you have one
