I purchased a $5 vocher and I cannot top up my account says its the wrong voucher??

I'm having the same issue, tried online and 611. Mods still haven't replied. Plan expires tomorrow

Look for the 12 digit pin on the voucher. If you can't top up online try to do it by dialing 611.

There should be a 12 digit pin. Did you try calling *611 to make a payment ?
